Hello and welcome to my website!
I am a UK based photographer but my country of origin is the Czech Republic. I was born and grew up in the ‘heart of Europe’ but for more than a decade my husband and I have been living in UK.
I absolutely love photography - it is a great medium allowing me to express my thoughts and ideas through the images I take. My inspiration comes from everywhere, but mostly from ordinary things that are part of our every day life.
My photographic journey has started about four years ago after my husband bought me my first film SLR Nikon D65. Later I moved on to my first digital SLR – Canon EOS 350D. However since January 2008, I have been using the fabulous Nikon D300 DSLR and haven’t looked back since. Currently I own 3 lenses: Nikkor 18-200 mm VR lens, Sigma 105 mm 1:2.8 macro lens and my very favorite Sigma 10-20 mm wide angle lens.
